Think Outside The Box Challenge: Day 26

We had Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Muffins left over from yesterday.  Apparently all of my plans for having eggs this month are just a big fail, because I think we've had eggs twice.  I didn't end up making the English Muffin Bread yesterday as planned, and we still had plenty of muffins, so we just went with it.
