Menu Plan Monday


While Jesse was traveling last week, we had baked sweet potatoes and apples, with craisins and feta on top.  It was delicious!

Breakfasts:
  • Morning Glory Muffins from the freezer
  • Pancakes with M&Ms for a Valentine's Day treat
  • Oatmeal with Dried Fruits and Nuts
  • Cereal
Lunches:
  • PB&J/Soups
  • Quesadillas
  • Leftovers
  • Muffin Tin Lunches
Soups will be leftover Minestrone from the freezer and Black Bean Taco Soup, which I didn't get around to making last week.

Dinners:
Monday/Tuesday: Multi-Bean Soup, Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls
Wednesday:  Breakfast Skillets (fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, veggies, cheese)
Thursday: Homemade Pizza
Friday: Taco Twice-Baked Potatoes
Saturday: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup (carry over from last week)
Sunday: Stir Fry (carry over from last week)

Snacks:
