Menu Plan Monday

I made these black bean brownies last week, and we've already made a second batch.  You can't even taste the beans - these taste just like normal brownies!


Breakfasts:
  • Oatmeal with Dried Fruits and Nuts
  • Cereal
  • French Toast
  • Morning Glory Muffins
Lunches:
  • Quesadillas
  • Muffin Tin Lunches
  • PB&J/Soups
  • Seminary Marriage Retreat - eat out (Saturday)
Soups will be Winter Minestrone and Simple Chili (with leftovers put in the freezer for next week)


Dinners:
Monday/Tuesday: Black Bean Taco Salads
Wednesday/Thursday: Crockpot White Bean Chicken Chili (minus the chicken), Mini Corn Muffins
Friday: Pasta with Spinach, Mushrooms, and Cheese (similar to this) (after finishing the menu plan, we actually ate this on Sunday night, and will have Stir Fry on Friday instead)
Saturday: Pizza with Veggies and Bacon
Sunday: White Bean & Sage Burgers

Snacks:
